Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Orderly Paws (orderlypaws.com). This shipping policy explains how and when your orders are delivered.

Where we ship from

All orders ship from our warehouses in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally — we only deliver to addresses within the United States.

Delivery times

Orders ship from our supplier warehouses. Items stocked in US warehouses typically arrive in 4–7 business days; items shipped internationally typically arrive in 8–14 business days. Tracking is provided by email. We do not currently ship outside the US.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is provided by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any free-shipping promotions will be applied automatically at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
